In addition to strictly servicing locomotives, TLC also sells new, re-built, re-conditioned, RTO's, and core locomotives. Regardless of the history of the locomotive, we won't sell it unless it is in reliable working condition and meets every standard of the locomotive industry.

The owner of Turner Locomotive & Components, LLC, Martin Turner, has been a machinist since 1975 and in the rail industry since 1979. He has personally serviced and rebuilt a vast number of locomotives, and started this company to expand his business worldwide. His knowledge of locomotives is extensive, and his primary goal is to make sure every client is completely satisfied with their new or rebuilt product.
